I grew up on the vast prairies of Manitoba, Canada. Manitoba is also known as the land of 10,000 lakes and is an ideal place for camping and fishing with its varied landscape of sprawling fields, rural villages, forests and lakes.
I have lived in Germany since 2007 and work as an English trainer with companies and language institutes in Regensburg and surrounding area. I also offer private English lessons for individuals and small groups.
In 2007 I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Winnipeg, majoring in History with a minor in English Literature. I also specialized in teaching English as a foreign language by completing my TESOL certification (TESOL- Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).
In 04/2024, after years of valuable work experience, I rounded off my academic profile with the degree “Master of Arts (M.A.)” for Adult Education, which I completed at the RPTU Kaiserslautern.
